We made some improvements to our site that will make your shopping experience all the more enjoyable. Read on for information about international ordering and shipping to your corner of the world.

CURRENCY
Xavier&Me has included currency options allowing you to shop in most major worldwide currencies. Go to the top right hand corner to select your preferred currency. All transactions are processed in Australian dollars.

ORDERING & PAYMENT
In addition to the point-click-purchase ease you were accustomed to before, you can now review products, access your history, create, update and monitor a Wish List, and receive your order faster and with fewer fees. We simply ask that you review your order carefully prior to submission, as it cannot be modified once submitted.  

ORDER CALCULATION
To view the total cost of your order, add the desired items to your basket. Once you are finished shopping, click "checkout" and you will be directed to the checkout page. Your total will be calculated in AUD dollars and will not be inclusive of duties and taxes that may be payable in your country.

ORDER CONFIRMATION
After you submit your order, you will receive an order confirmation number as well as an email that includes your order confirmation number and an approximate order total.  

CUSTOMS, TARIFFS AND TAXES
Duties and taxes are determined by the customs agency within the destination country. Although charges are not always incurred, assessment of duties and taxes will be based on the value of the order and the tax-free threshold, if it exists, for goods imported into the destination country. Payment of any duties and taxes is the responsibility of the recipient, and these fees are collected at the time of delivery. More information can be obtained by contacting your local customs office. 

ORDER STATUS
If you placed your order through a password-protected online account, you may check the status of your order at any time by signing into My Account and selecting Order History. To check the status of any other order, email us at service@xavierandme.com.

CREDIT CARDS
We accept the following methods of payment: Visa, MasterCard and American Express.

Items are charged to your credit card as soon as they are processed online. Your credit card company will calculate the current exchange rate automatically.

BACK ORDERS
If you place an order for an item that is not available for immediate shipment, it will be "back ordered." You will be informed if an item is back ordered at the time you add it to your basket, and you will also be given an approximate date of shipment. You will not be charged for back ordered items until they leave the US. Your order total will be determined at the exchange rate current when your items ship. In the event that a back ordered item is part of your order, we reserve the right to cancel the item or ship your order in multiple packages. If for any reason you would like to cancel a back ordered item, please email us at sales@xavierandme.com.au 

CANCELLATIONS
If an item is cancelled from your order for any reason, you will not be charged for the item.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES
All Xavier&Me merchandise is unconditionally guaranteed. If you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, please let us know and we will help you.

Any shipping fees associated with making returns or exchanges are the responsibility of the customer and will not be refunded.
Xavier&Me is not responsible for shipping fees or lost returns. 

REFUND PROCESS
A refund will be credited back to your original method of payment, and will post approximately two days after the date of processing. It may take up to two billing cycles for the credit to appear on your monthly credit card statement. Most returns will process in approximately two to three weeks, depending on your method of return.

All orders are refunded in Australian dollars to the credit card used at the time of the original purchase. In the absence of that credit card, a  credit will be issued. Your credit card company will calculate the current exchange rate automatically.
