ONLINE ORDERS
Fast and convenient, our website not only enables you to point, click and purchase, but it also allows you to track an order and access your ordering history. We ask that you review your order carefully prior to submission, as it cannot be modified once submitted.   

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS
We ship worldwide. Payment of any duties and taxes is the responsibility of the recipient, and these fees are collected at the time of delivery. More information can be obtained by contacting your local customs office. 

ORDER CONFIRMATION
You will receive an order confirmation number at the conclusion of your order process as well as an email that states your order number and an approximate order total.   

ORDER STATUS
If you placed your order through a password-protected online account, you may check the status of your order at any time by clicking on Your Account, signing in, and selecting Order History. To check the status of any other order, call (+852) 9558 3007, or email us at hello.at@atelierlane.com. 

CREDIT CARDS
We accept the following methods of payment: Visa, MasterCard, American Express and PayPal.

Items are charged to your credit card when they are purchased online. If an item is on backorder, you will be charged as normal. You can cancel the order by emailing us at hello.at@atelierlane.com within 24 hours of placing the order. You will be credited back the amount.
